  This is a nice restaurant, with good food and good friendly service. It is nice and new and clean. The food is on par with the best yum cha I have had over the years. Prices are good and you don't have to wait long. Easy parking under the shopping centre out of the heat.

  Really good Yum Cha.
  Yes it is on the expensive side however, if I was to drive to the Valley or Sunnybank it would be of a similar cost.
  We have managed to work out the best meal for our dollar.
  Like most in this style of restaurant, there can be the odd dish that is tepid or burn your mouth hot. So far everything we have ordered has been on point.
  One of our favorite eating places!

  RUDE!!
  
  I was a frequent diner here since it opened and Never had any problems, that was until my friend and I came for dinner a week ago and was served by the rudest woman. We asked for tea and as she was carrying a personal conversation with the other waitres she dumped the teapot on our table and didn't even look at us just kept looking at her colleague as she chatted and the service after that was underwhelming. I let it go as we were hungry and it wasn't enough to make a fuss over.
  We returned tonight for dinner and everything was going fine, that was until the same waitress came over during our meal to ask if we wanted to put the rest into a container. I responded by telling her we weren't finished and, no word of a lie, she stormed off obviously annoyed with us, saying loudly in front of the other patrons that we still had dessert to come out. A few minutes later another waiter came and took one of our plates which still had food on it and walked a few steps and brought it back, We felt as though they wanted us to leave and that our time was up. So we got up and left. Immediately the rude waitress started to clean up our table as though we had taken up too much of the table time. We had been there less than an hour and had 10 plates of yum cha.
  I will never go back to this restaurant, I would rather go to the garden city yum cha where I've never been treated like this and the food is better.
